Hepsi'nin eski üylerinden Gülçin'in gruptan ayrılması ile başlayan süreç devam ediyor. Gülçin'in Hepsi'den ayrılması ve Stardium ile olan anlaşmasını feshetmesi nedeniyle, Stardium Şirketi, Gülçin'e 250 bin TL'lik tazminat davası açtı.
Gülçin ise açılan davaya sessiz kalmadı ve 2 yıldır alacaklarını alamadığı iddiası ile Stardium Şirketi'ne 19 bin TL'lik karşı dava açtı.
Önceki hafta, mahkemenin ilk duruşması, Sirkeci 2. Asliye Hukuk Mahkemesi'nde görüldü. 25 Mayıs'a ertelenen davaya, ortak kişi ve kuruluşlar da katıldı.
Dava ile ilgili basına konuşan Gülçin, "Eski ses kayıtlarının kullanıldığını ve kendisinin emeklerinin boşa harcandığını" söyledi; davayı bu nedenlerle açtığını belirtti.
Şimdi taraflar 25 Mayıs'taki 2. mahkemeyi bekliyorlar.
